Firstly I have to address the elephant in the room. Where have I been for the past how many months? If you don’t already know I am currently pregnant and due in December. My fiance and I are extremely excited and looking forward to having another baby boy. I have been taking a break and enjoying this pregnancy so I haven’t been posting much. But I am back and here to stay, with lots of exciting blog posts to come for the year.

When it comes to the perfect primer. I want to create a nice flawless canvas to apply my foundation to I sure we can all agree on that. I always look for a primer that smoothes out bumps, minimize pores, reduces redness and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh. That’s not too much to ask for is it?

A few weeks ago was my 25th Birthday. My Birthday started with me treating myself to a few gifts and ending with my fiancé taking me and our close friends to Justin Bieber followed by a gorgeous hotel stay in the city. I felt so lucky and had such an amazing day and night, thank you to my amazing fiancé and friends who made it special I love you!

I’m back and starting the year with what is in my travel makeup bag. First of all I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you to each and everyone of you for all the support through out 2016 on mymakeupdesk. I have just got back from New Zealand. Where I went to spend time with my family and loved ones. I still haven’t unpacked my makeup bag, been waiting until I write this post so I can share with you what I took. I love reading these types of posts as I feel like what you take travelling you know you can rely on and is a favourite.
